Hi Matthew,
This is usually caused by a conflict between the version of Creo (usually M100) and your computer. Almost always the following steps will fix it..
- Uninstall all parts of Creo that are currently installed (Including quality agent)
- Download the M070 DVD image (Link below) onto your computer and extract the contents
- Install the M070 version of Creo
M070 Version of Creo 2: https://www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academic.jsp
